Procurement Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Procurement team following our office relocation to Kings Cross, London. This role is the perfect starting point for people wanting to develop a career in procurement

What you’ll be doing

Within the Procurement role you will provide administrative support to the team, and will be the first point of contact for queries and questions. You shall assist the team in delivering the end-to-end procurement cycle, and also help maintain the team’s intranet pages. There will also be opportunities to become involved in project work, and you will be supported by experienced team of procurement professionals

Key experience and skills required:

  • Pro-active, forward looking, with high standards of probity and ethical procurement
  • Ability to meet deadlines, results focussed
  • Confident working independently, with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to complete tasks accurately with strong attention to detail
  • Adept with MS Office packages, including advanced level Excel skills
