Procedures Administrator, South West London

Salary: £20,000 - £24,000

Our client, a training and development company, is looking for an experienced Administrator to join them in their beautiful new offices in the South-West London area. The ideal candidate will deliver a number of administrative tasks whilst offering an exceptional level of customer support, through enhancing and promoting the brands products and services. Ideal candidate will be looking to join a company where they can progress their career.

Person Specification: -

  • High energy, enthusiasm and good work ethic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong Administrative ability
  • To have previously worked within a customer facing environment
  • Ability to confidently develop relationships with individuals on a senior level
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy is essential
  • A flexible and organisational approach
  • The ability to prioritise and react on demand
  • Willingness to acquire new competencies and accept new challenges
  • Ability to analyse and solve problems effectively and efficiently
  • To have previously worked within a commercial setting
  • An understanding of finance, with knowledge of invoicing and crediting processes

Key Responsibilities: -  

  • To provide exceptional customer service and support to all customers applying for training programmes over the phone and face to face
  • Ensure all information is updated and managed using the internal database
  • To continuously build, develop, share and maintain in depth product knowledge to add value to the business
  • Complete GDPR and compliance policy related tasks and highlight any potential concerns
  • Engage with the rest of the team and internal/external stakeholders to develop strong relationships, offer extra support when necessary and increase awareness of customer insight
  • To build an understanding of financial procedures, monitor existing debt and cost implications
  • To become involved in departmental and business wide projects, supporting the development and testing of new processes, systems and technology in order to provide feedback from a customer perspective
