Pro bono manager
£35,000 - £40,000
A growing, national law firm seek a Pro-Bono Manager on a full time basis for within their Guildford office.
The position would ideally be suited to someone that had either been a family solicitor/legal executive or had legal experience in domestic abuse cases and who also possesses the drive and skills to manage a dynamic team.
Their pro bono team based in the Guildford office is a fundamental part of the service they offer and as such require a professional manager to join a highly skilled and motivated workforce.
This role is highly strategic requiring someone who can deliver exceptional client care and co-ordinate caseworkers and manage their network of volunteers.
The future brings opportunities to develop their pro bono offering with their partner Law Firm.
Along with legal qualifications and management skills, candidates should have excellent computer literacy, administration, attention to detail and written and oral communication skills.
Applications are welcome from lawyers with experience at a top City firm who have been involved in Pro Bono work, ideally including co-ordination of work as well, seeking to make the move into a Pro Bono role.
As well as previous experience as a Family Solicitor for 2 years.
