Position: Primary Teaching Assistant
Location: Cheadle area of Stockport
Salary: £85 - £90 per day
Type: Full-time, Long-term

At Tradewind, we partner with reputable primary schools to provide exceptional educational support. Our client, a distinguished primary school in the heart of Cheadle, is seeking a dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to join their dynamic team.

Role Overview:
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting a child with extensive requirements through 1:1 assistance. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to work within the school's SEND resource base, collaborating with a team of over five extra support staff. This role offers a unique blend of individualised support and collaborative work within a well-supported environment.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience working with SEND or SEMH children
  • Teaching Assistant qualifications or Team Teach certification preferred
  • Passion for supporting children's educational and emotional development
