Tradewind are looking to hear from Qualified Teachers, ECT's and SEN Teachers to help support in mainstream primary schools. We are looking for dedicated, passionate and passionate individuals to join us.

Location: Various school within the borough of Camden.

Salary: Competitive, pay to scale.

Roles: supply, Full Time and Part Time

Role highlights and responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver dynamic lessons to EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging student participation and progress.
  • Employ various teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Implement effective teaching strategies.
  • Support a number of children with additional needs.
  • Adapt teaching and learning to best support each child individually.
  • Maintain and promote excellent behaviour management skills throughout the class

Role requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualifications.
  • Strong Primary Subject Knowledge.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their maximum potential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility, willingness, and adaptability to contribute to wider school curriculum and the community.
  • Excellent behaviour management skills.
