Tradewind Recruitment are working with a primary school in Rotherham that is seeking a Year 5 teacher to start in September 2024. The school believes in providing an enriching and inclusive learning environment where every child can flourish. They are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Year 5 Teacher to join the vibrant team and inspire the students to reach their full potential.

As a Year 5 Teacher, you will:

• Create engaging and interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Foster a positive classroom culture that encourages collaboration, respect, and creativity.
• Utilise innovative teaching strategies and technology to enhance the learning experience.
• Support students' social, emotional, and academic development through differentiated instruction and personalised attention.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure the holistic well-being of each child.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience working with primary-aged children, preferably in Year 5.
• Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum and assessment frameworks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
