About the role - Primary Teacher - Northampton, Northamptonshire

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels supported and valued
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback to support their learning journey
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a strong sense of community and partnership
• Participate in school-wide initiatives and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance teaching practice and contribute to school improvement

About you - Primary Teacher - Northampton, Northamptonshire

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver engaging lessons
