Office Manager required by a well established Wealth Management Company.
Working as part of a small team, you will support the Fee Earner by ensuring that the business runs smoothly.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
Managing the practice work flow
Dealing with day to day administration
Chasing clients and stakeholders for paperwork
Producing a regular newsletter
Keeping up to date to with regulatory changes
Issuing standard letters
Line managing an adminstrator
Experience within financial services is preferred and you should have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
You should be happy working as part of a small team and have flexible approach to your work.
