An award-winning PR and digital agency in Manchester is on the lookout for a talented PR Account Executive (B2B).

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting with media relations and communications campaigns for exciting start-ups and founding teams
  • Establishing yourself as a trusted support to your colleagues, embedding yourself into team activities and client campaigns
  • Finding creative ways to place client news and comment in the publications that reach their target audiences
  • Playing a critical team support role - including media list creation, coverage trackers, research and reporting
  • Sharing insight and intelligence with the wider team as part of a team of media specialists
  • Immersing yourself in all things media - from latest movers, to monitoring the daily news agenda, analysing how outlets are covering key trends, developing media relationships…and everything in between
  • Learning from a sophisticated team of senior media professionals
  • Planning, editing and writing content for a variety of communications channels

About You:

  • A team player with good time management skills and a 'can do' attitude
  • Confident in measurement techniques to demonstrate the value of all communications
  • Keen to learn about media relations and how to land impactful coverage in B2B, business, technology and other vertical media
  • Interest in news and cultural trends and how they can translate to your clients' audiences - through earned media and paid, owned and shared channels
  • Excellent communicator - both verbal and written skills
