Our client is seeking someone from within the service industry who is used to organising engineer’s diaries and booking appointments with customers.
Processing service packs
Booking service visits with customers
Maintaining customer records/equipment on the in-house system
Planning PPM visits using engineer skills matrix to maximise engineer efficiency
Point of contact for contract customers queries
Ability to work to deadlines and complete tasks
Strong communication skills are essential
Experience in a customer facing role would be a distinct advantage
Computer literacy with experience of Microsoft Office
Ownership and commitment to ensuring an outstanding level of work
Ability to approach problems logically and with good judgement
To work either alone or as part of a team
To use initiative in problem solving
A flexible can do attitude
Ad hoc duties as required
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
