Day to Day Duties
- Handling customer service calls and emails
- Resolving customer queries regarding their products via email or telephone
- Arranging engineer repair appointments
- Process product, spares, and accessories related orders
- Case handling and housekeeping, updating customer details or changing delivery details
- Collaborating with relevant departments to resolve customer queries or product faults
- Advertising products/services on offer and up selling them
As an Customer Service Advisor you must have:
- Experience within a customer service environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent timekeeping
- The Ability to speak Polish
What training is provided?
Full training provided by the client.
