Title: PMO Planner
- Inside IR35
- Contract length of 6 months-12 months initially
- 3 days a week in South Hertfordshire initially, reducing down to 2 days
Investigo are seeking a talented and experienced PMO Planner to assist our client's PMO team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of high-impact projects within a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Overview:
As the PMO Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective planning and coordination of projects.You will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and management to develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and identify potential risks and opportunities. This position is positioned inside IR35, and the successful candidate will be responsible for providing critical insights that contribute to project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Collaborate with project teams to gather relevant data and input for accurate project planning.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, proposing mitigating actions where necessary.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project timelines with organisational objectives.
- Provide regular updates on project status, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes within the PMO.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a PMO Planner
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Relevant certifications in project management or scheduling tools will be an advantage.
