Plumber Multi Trade

Fusion People are actively recruiting for leading Construction and Property services client based in Swindon who are recruiting for an experienced Plumber Multi Trade to work on their Property Services and Special Projects side of the business.

An exciting position has opened up working for a client who are looking to add to their experienced team of General Building Multi Trade colleagues who undertake refurbishment and maintenance to MOD, Schools, Public Buildings, Social Housing and other properties.

This role has scope for extensive promotions within the business and opportunities to work for some of our industries most desired clients around the South of England.

We Require:

NVQ, City & Guilds or Time Served in Plumbing.

Wide range of basic skills as required in the building industry, which may include carpentry, basic plumbing, decoration and plastering and groundworks and be capable of performing them in a safe and efficient manner.

Basic or extensive knowledge within general building or multiple trades.

Basic own tools.

4 to 5 years' experience in a similar role, across various sectors.

Previous Foreman/Supervisory experience would be a great asset.

The desire to take pride in your work to a top quality and appearance.

Ability to work on your own and within a team.

Have a full UK driving license.

Benefits:

Permanent basic salaries ranging between £32,000 to £42,000 per annum based on experience.

40 hours per week with optional overtime and paid travel.

Can be based in other parts of the South West closer to Swindon .
