This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced locum Planning Solicitor to join a reputable County Council on a 100% remote basis. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in dealing with Planning and Highway matters.

The day to day role will involve providing advice on Planning matters such as public footpaths and highway issues. It will also involve preparing documents such as Section 106, 278, 38 Agreements, Enforcement Notices and Stop notices.

The ideal candidate will:
*Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with a current practicing certificate
*Have a minimum of 3 years' experience dealing with Planning and Highway matters;
*Ideally have previous experience working for a Local Authority, however experience from Private or other public sector organisations will be considered
*Excellent attention to detail and experience using Microsoft office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
