Currently, we are looking for Non-MOJ Litigators for our thriving Employers’ Liability and Public Liability team in Cardiff. You’ll handle a mixed caseload of Non-MOJ employers and public liability litigated and pre-litigated claims. You will appreciate that this is an excellent opportunity to enjoy a varied and challenging caseload with excellent prospects for career development.

To join our successful team you’ll need to show us a number of qualities:

  • Proven experience of handling employers and public liability claims within an insurance or legal environment. Ideally, you will have experience of managing litigated cases, however this isn’t essential.
  • A commercial mind-set and good negotiating skills. You need to ensure you are getting the best deal for your clients and you also need to understand how to make sure you run your caseload to meet your targets.
  • Organisation and time management skills. It’s a busy job and you will have many clients to support. Keeping on top of it needs focus and resilience.
  • A strong level of literacy and numeracy, excellent attention to detail and great communication skills.
