Aon are currently recruiting a Personal Assistant to join the Binders team in our London office.

The main focus will be to support the Team Leader to enable them to focus on critical high value activities by providing proactive diary and email management. Support the Team Leader and wider team by coordinating administration activities and improving team operational effectiveness and efficiency.

About the Role


Your key responsibilities will involve;

  • Proactive diary management for Director including internal and external meetings and organising team events, as required
  • Manage email account for Director and redirect queries and actions where relevant
  • Provide general day-to-day administration support, as required
  • Arrange cost effective global travel through Aon systems
  • Prepare papers and agendas for meetings and when required, take minutes and monitor agreed actions
  • Assist in producing presentations and related materials
  • Manage expenses through the appropriate Aon systems
  • Draft documentation including letters and emails
  • Ensuring confidentiality at all times when dealing with sensitive matters
  • Building networks with other PAs globally and with relevant administration and operations contacts
  • Proactively recommend and make changes to improve operational and administrative efficiency and effectiveness
  • You will be responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.
