Permanent Team Manager - IT/Technical Recruitment, Bristol

One of the leading Bristol Recruitment brands has an immediate need for a Team Manager to come in and build up a brand new IT/Tech division. The position has come about due to their continued success and will take on an existing team of highly successful permanent tech recruiters who you will lead in building up your own business unit.
Your responsibility will be to nurture a successful team of consultants and add additional members to this band of merry men and women. Due to huge success with their key client base, they are now looking to build upon this success in an additional sector so they can fully service their loyal client base. Depending on your background you will manage a number of vacancies yourself and will lead by example, however the plan is this person will be a non billing manager within 6-12 months. The work is UK wide with a mix of corporate clients and SME's, and consultants are specialising in Tech/IT.
You are likely an ambitious senior recruiter, a team leader frustrated by lack of opportunity to progress, or a current manager in need of a new challenge. This is really exciting opportunity to lead an existing, enthusiastic team into a new sector but with an already established and loyal client base. You will essentially be running your own business unit, responsible for P & L and strategic growth.
Salary will be dependent on experience and relevance but is likely to be in the £35k - 50k region, with uncapped ote based on team and personal success. You will receive a good benefits package and the opportunity for this role to become a regional management position quickly is there for the right person.
