**EXCITING NEW ROLE**

My clients a well-established, global freight forwarder based within the Colnbrook area, they are currently recruiting for an experienced PERISHABLES OPERATIONS CLERK to join their busy team!

Duties would include:

  • Dealing with both imports and exports (air/ ocean) shipments
  • Ensure all KPI's targets are met
  • Completing customs entries
  • Pre-booking identification
  • Tracking shipments
  • Updating clients on milestone updates
  • Working closely with sales
  • Processing collections and delivery notes
  • Provide POD's
  • Invoicing and queries
  • Spot quotes
  • Liaising with clients and resolving any issues
  • Reporting to the Operations manager

Skills needed:

  • Experience within import/exports
  • MUST have perishable experience
  • Good leadership skills
  • Pricing/ sales experience
  • Previous perishable experience
  • Import/ Export operations experience
  • PC literate
  • Good customer service skills

Working hours:

  • Monday-Friday 09.00-17:30
