The company is a top tier bank, with a goal to expand their capability in the field of people transformation and delivery, this role is to help provide the bank with a blended approach to delivering change, and solutions in delivering people change to provide the bank with "HRM" Human Capital and Human Resource management solutions that add value.
You will be able to use your knowledge of delivering large scale people change transformation and experience with utilising innovative approaches to people change across, digital, resource management and transformation, utilising your strong stakeholder management, agile style to ensure that the people change agenda programme is delivered and adds overall value, you will have a focus on the following and be able to demonstrate where you have deliivered the below in terms of driving a people and culture change.
The people side of change - how to bring change to people:
?Point of contact for all change management activities
?Establish, position and maintain change mgmt. methodology & tools
?Orchestrate change activities along change process in order to improve efficiency & effectiveness
?Support change process: connect internal resources with needs, check quality of change activities
?Can take over lead for implementation, acting as Change Manager in projects or provide support as required
?Foster cultural change with other partners / functions
