An award winning, niche law firm based in Manchester are currently looking for an Operational Team Leader to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced People Manager to join an industry leading law firm.

The successful candidate will lead, coach, and mentor legal professionals and operational support staff to ensure high performance and productivity within the firm. This will involve monitoring performances, setting clear objectives, conducting 1:1’s and providing support and guidance for the employees and maintain regular reviews of performances.
The role will also involve co-ordinating and prioritising tasks and ensuring all deadlines are met. This will include managing holidays and absences to minimise any interruption to the business and its effectiveness. Analysing reports and data is another key element which will create and maintain the efficiency of the business and any business decisions. This will also support Business reporting and providing any business updates to the team.

Experience within allocating, delegating and monitoring tasks within a legal environment is essential and also supporting the HR processes within the team. The successful candidate must have a good knowledge of interpreting data and reports.
