Payroll Manager

My client situated on the outskirts of Canterbury are looking to recruit a newly created Payroll Manager to support the Finance Manager and oversee the smooth operation of the payroll function. This is an excellent role for someone who is prepared to improve the current processes and procedures of the payroll function.

Key skills:

· Process a payroll from start to finish
· Starters and leavers
· Responsible for all deductions, salary sacrifice schemes
· Manage contractual changes
· Resolve payroll queries
· Process SSP, SMP, SPP, P45, P46, P11ds, P60s
· Adhere to strict deadlines and processes
· Look after small payroll team

This is an exciting role for someone who is looking to implement new ways of working in order to make the process simplier. Previous supervision experience would be desriable but not esstenial.
