Crawley based client seeks an experienced Payroller/HR assistant to join their busy team. Reporting to the MD this role will be responsible for the following duties:
*Calculating fees for clients contracted staff and data input onto database
*Calculating and payment of expenses
*Dealing with email queries
*Issue contract and keeping updated
*Producing Visa letters, job certificates etc
*Assisting with contract renewals
*Dealing with external payroll companies
*Dealing with external legal companies
*Assist in developing company systems focused on HR
Ideal candidate will have previous payroll experience and strong excel skills. Previous Navision experience is highly desirable. Good organisational and communication skills are essential. Excellent benefits including bonus
