You will need to have at least 2 - 5 years plus experience in a busy UK Payroll department.
You must have UK experience with recent payroll, experience of working with an auto Time and Attendance system is an advantage as you will be working on special projects.
The main responsibilities
You will hold as a Payroll Administrator is to update and process payroll exceptions on a daily basis including manual calculations such as overtime.
You will calculate balances, provide employee information and review roster details.
You will also provide supports to the processing of payroll and oversees absence tracking.
You will assist a customer base of employees, support staff and managers with queries relating to Payroll.
Experience in using an automated Time & Attendance system or implementing a Time and Attendance system is an advantage,
Experience of Ceridian Payroll is an advantage
Ideal candidates must be a degree holder
You must have at least 5 yrs experience working on UK Payroll.
Experience in using ceridian Payroll is an advantage
You must be available immediately or on 1-2 weeks notice as this is a maternity cover role.
Strong Excel and system skills are need along with good communication skills and ability to pick up systems skills and processes quickly.
The ability to speak a European language is an advantage ( such as Italian or Spanish)
