SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Payroll and HR Administrator for a business based in Derbyshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a role which is an end to end payroll position with some exposure to HR administration. The is a full-time, permanent position, working 35 hours per week.

Typical duties will include:

Providing a full administrative support service within the HR team assisting with HR admin and payroll processing
Being a primary contact for HR queries
Answering employee questions by telephone, email and in writing
Ensuring the delivery of end to end weekly payroll for 400 employees
Processing starter and leavers paperwork
Processing sick pay, maternity pay, paternity pay
Maintaining the company time and attendance system
Assist with recruitment administration

The successful candidate for this role will have experience processing payroll within a busy, growing business. HR admiration experience is desirable but isn't essential. A willingness to learn new skills and a confident approach to the work place is essential. This role is an office based position, full time, permanent.
