Taylorcocks are a top 100 accountancy age firm based in Portsmouth, due to expansion we are recruiting a Payroll Administrator.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain good relationships with clients
  • Preparing & submitting up to 100 client payrolls
  • Help clients with any issues or queries
  • Producing relevant forms eg. P45
  • To correspond and communicate with HMRC in all aspects of payroll including RTI
  • Closing month end and year end payrolls
  • Maintain and document payroll records

To be considered for the role:

  • 2 years minimum within bureau payroll
  • Good IT Skills
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Office


  • £18,000 - £22,000
  • 5% Pension
  • 23 days annual leave - rising by 1 day per year of service
