Payroll Administrator - Temporary to Permanent Opportunity Starting ASAP

Do you have strong Excel skills?

Do you have experience in Data Entry?

This opportunity will be responsible for providing administrative support to the payroll team, covering 2,400 weekly paid and monthly paid employees. You will be responsible for handling queries, processing payrolls and providing general administration support.

Main Responsibilities:
Administer and execute weekly and monthly payroll processing and checking
Action government agency (HMRC) enquiries and deal with ad hoc payroll queries
Prepare financial payment requests for payment on a monthly basis
Prepare and issue P11d information to employees and HMRC
Carryout administrative duties as required such as but not limited to; filing, emailing communications, distribution of payslips

What you will need:
GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
Proven administration skills
Ability to work to tight payroll deadlines and prioritise own workload
Effective communication skills with the ability to handle queries professionally and confidentially
Knowledge of using Microsoft office with intermediate to advanced Excel skills – Pivot tables and V Lookups
