Payroll Administrator

Our client, a well-established and professional not for profit organisation based in Worcestershire is looking to recruit a Payroll Clerk on a 6 to 8 week ongoing contract.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

* Processing end to end payroll for up to 500 staff on a monthly basis between two team members

* Handling starters and P45’s and dealing with queries

* Running month end reports and assisting with payroll reconciliations

* Undertaking gross to net calculations

* Manually calculating statutory payments and deductions such as SSP

* Assisting with the payment of purchase invoices as and when required
