Payroll Administrator - Top 30 firm
Are you a Payroll Administrator / Payroll Senior / Payroll Officer looking to upgrade to a Top 30 firm in London where you can continue with your payroll career and receive top quality training and support? Do you have at least 2 years payroll experience in an accountancy practice firm, or a payroll bureau, and looking to upgrade to a larger firm which is recruiting due to continued growth over the last 12 months? Are you also looking to gain exposure to some very interesting clients, including some very large and well known clients? You will be fully trained so that you can process and prepare simple and complex payroll calculations for both small and large clients, and you will be expected to work on your own initiative in a short space of time. Your role will include being trained so you can carry out payrolls from start to finish, process payslips, arrange for the payment of client payroll wages, salaries and statutory payments in a timely manner, ensure compliance with all statutory filings, prepare Year End returns for clients, including P11Ds and other tasks as required. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with all your clients, providing technical support and dealing with client queries.
This growing Top 30 accountancy practice will consider candidates with between two and five years of payroll experience either in an accountancy practice firm or a payroll bureau. You must be enthusiastic about payroll and be looking to work in a large and well-established payroll team. You must be looking to build on your current payroll knowledge and be looking to progress and assume high levels of responsibility early on. Experience of a range of software packages would be an advantage (particularly STAR software) but training will be provided where necessary.
