We are looking for an experienced Patent Secretary to join a London based office of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys to initially start on a 9 month contract. The role has arisen due to an increase in work, and would suit a competent secretary that is happy to assist with overflow work from senior secretarial and administration staff. Duties will include, but not limited to
- Audio and copy typing varying documentation and correspondence
- Updating in house system with changes and reminders
- Preparing Patent applications
- Ad-hoc duties
You will report to staff with a wealth of IP experience, therefore being surrounded by a wealth of knowledge. You must be a comfortable communicator and be organised, with good attention to detail skills. In return you will be given a great working environment and salary with benefits.
