In this role you will manage our high-profile partnerships across football and motorsport industries, as well as managing our B2B and B2C events and exhibitions and race days.

Job responsibilities

Working as a Partnership and Events Manager your role will include:

  • Developing strong and lasting relationships with key partnership contacts.
  • Leading on partnership marketing campaigns, ensuring we are maximising opportunities through our own channels and partner channels.
  • Working with the wider Marketing team and other departments across the business to create and execute campaigns.
  • Identifying industry trends and new partnership opportunities to increase brand exposure and enhance our reputation.
  • Developing and managing events and sponsorship budgets and negotiating contracts that align with business objectives.
  • Working with internal and external teams to plan, organise and execute a variety of B2B and B2C events.
  • Overseeing event set up and breakdown, ensuring event comply with health and safety and legal requirements.
  • Sourcing promotional giveaways and managing competitions.
  • Ensuring our Sales team know what stand collateral is available to help them run successful events.
  • Providing post-event and regular sponsorship analysis reports to evaluate ROI.

Skills required

  • A passion and enthusiasm for our brand and extensive product range.
  • Proven experience as a Partnership and Events Manager or similar.
  • Excellent negotiation and budget management skills.
  • Able to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Confident in leading teams for events or projects.
  • Creative with a commercial mindset.
  • Fantastic planning and organisation skills.
  • Friendly and professional approach, able to work well across multiple departments.
