Our client require are seeking two individuals with experiece of either customer service or business development to join an existing team based in their Leicester office.

Key Tasks:

  • Handle inbound calls to the Network.

  • Provide technical support internally and externally to all systems queries, ensuring full understanding on internal systems.
  • Timely and transparent communications with the Network to manage expectations and resolutions.
  • Proactive and accurate resolution of queries by liaising across departments where required.
  • Maintain accurate records on CRM.
  • Support new internal joiners and external members with outbound contact and system set up.
  • Manage multiple workloads across in-boxes, phone contact and Teams meetings.
  • Proactively inform our network re company and industry developments.
  • Research and maintain knowledge on industry products and regulatory changes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Success in customer service or business development role.
  • Knowledge of systems of control and able to follow clearly defined procedures.
  • Experience of working under pressure, prioritising workloads and working to tight deadlines
  • Competent on Microsoft office suite i.e. excel, word etc.
  • Outstanding listening and communication skills
  • Highly organised and ability to multi task
  • Strong relationship development skills
  • The ability to analyse information with a view to making informed decisions.
  • Good team player with ability to work under own initiative.

Qualifications:

  • GCSE English/Maths or equivalent
  • Willingness to work towards CeMAP/equivalent professional financial services qualification.
