Part Time Bookkeeper

iRecruit Partners are currently working with a company based in Camberley who are looking for a Part Time Bookkeeper (12 hours a week) to join their rapidly expanding team. The successful candidate will join the ranks of this business, will be responsible for the day to day Sales and Purchase Ledger activities and the maintenance of Company Bank accounts. As the Book-keeping Assistant, you will be reporting to the Management Accountant and Operations Manager. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cash Management:
    • Sage Cashbook posting
    • Sage Bank reconciliation
    • Control and Payment of customer rebates
  • Sage Purchase Ledger
    • Invoice authorization control and input into Sage
    • Obtain electronic invoices from various websites
    • Obtain call data records from providers
    • Weekly Supplier payments
  • Contracts administration
  • Fixed assets administration
  • Calculation of App store self-billing invoices
  • Directors expenses and credit card expenses reconciliation
  • Petty cash

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Excellent, recent working knowledge of Sage and Excel
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to deal with multiple complex computer systems
