EGRecruiting are delighted to be supporting a growing business in Newcastle who have an immediate requirement for an experienced Paraplanner, ideally holding DipPFS ( part-qualified/experience will be considered). Hybrid and flexible working is offered.

As a Paraplanner, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside a team of two Paraplanners and have additional Paraplanners in other offices. Your role with be varied, aligned with your specific experience and abilities and you’ll have the opportunity to develop your technical knowledge further.

Responsibilities will include:-

· Liaise with Adviser, challenging where appropriate, to gain relevant client information
· Preparing pre-approvals, have research signed off where necessary by relevant departments
· Creating accurate suitability reports, working to agreed levels
· Carrying out relevant financial calculations on behalf of the Advisers
· Liaise with administration team
· Ensuring all advice documentation adheres to compliance requirements

Candidate Requirements:

· Must have Paraplanning experience with a solid understanding of pensions, investments and protection products
· Experience of creating own reports without templates
· Previous exposure to technically complex work, would be desirable
· Possess competent IT skills with the ability to learn new systems
· Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Must be organised and capable of dealing with a high volume of work
· Able to adapt to ongoing changes, in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:


· Part qualified/DipPFS (or equivalent) preferred, not essential if experienced
