Paralegal - PS

Our client is currently recruiting for a Paralegal to work in their Clinical Negligence Department

This role would suit both a law graduate looking for a career within a highly reputable law firm or a Paralegal with extensive experience looking for a change of working environment.

The main purpose of the role is to provide assistance and support on a wide range of legal matters

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assisting managing documentation.

  • Drafting authorisation documentation.

  • Obtaining and reviewing legal information.

  • Drafting ancillary documentation (side letters, fee letters).

  • Dealing with general day to day client queries.

  • Preparing data to assist with the preparation of bills and reports.

  • Ensuring compliance with client service requirements

  • To assist other team members with the aim of becoming proficient in the given sector

The Candidate

  • Good team player, outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic about providing great client service.

  • Ability to work on own initiative and to manage own diary, but with the necessary support to be provided (if required).

  • Ability to manage processes and prioritise.

  • IT literate.

  • Analytical skills and fine eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
