MMP Consultancy are working with a fantastic public sector organisation to recruit experienced PA/Team Administrators to work on a long term temporary contract, with potential to move on to a permanent contracts.
We are looking for enthusiastic and keen to learn candidates with exceptional customer service and administration skills. The role will be focused on providing an exceptional service to the departments Senior Management Team, ensuring all queries are dealt with in a time effective manner with excellent results, this could include liaising with external agencies and/or contractors.
Providing excellent administration/clerical service to Senior Management Team
General office management duties
2 years+ experience of working within a PA/Team Administration role
Proficient ability in using Microsoft office packages
Excellent administration/clerical skills
Enthusiastic professional with a positive attitude and initiative
Educated to degree level is desirable
