Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
What the role looks like:
As an Executive Assistant to both the Technology Director and the Director of Group Finance and Property, you will be responsible for helping to provide support across administrative, communication and reporting tasks.
Your key duties will include administrative support such as email organisation, diary management, screening calls, travel expenses management, document workflow and management, minute taking, HR process management and external vendor and event management. You will also help to manage team communications such as newsletters, team awards, coordinating events and tracking events and celebrations. The other main aspect of your role will involve creating and managing various board reports and KPI’s for the two Directors.

What makes a good Executive Assistant?
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar PA or EA role and will also be self-confident and tenacious with the ability to work on your own initiative whilst working under pressure. You must have an eye for detail with excellent organisational skills, including the capability to multi-task and prioritise. Your communication skills must be exemplary with the professionalism to deal with clients, directors and the handling of sensitive people-related issues on a daily basis. Your discretion is vital to this role due to the level of confidential information you will have access to.
You must also possess excellent Word and PowerPoint skills and intermediate Excel skills, whilst you must be highly literate with strong numerical skills as some analytical work will be involved.
