What you will be doing:

• Oversee and monitor the activities provided by our outsourced partners, collaborating with internal stakeholders to monitor intra-group and third-party outsourced service provider relationships, providing second-line oversight in resolution and timely closure of non-performance issues against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your role involves ensuring compliance with our outsourcing and third-party policies.

• Support the development and implementation of the Outsourcing Framework and champion it's adoption through effective communication with all levels of the organisation.

• Manage the outsourcing framework, including policies, outsourced register and SLA documents.

• Oversee and maintain a central register of outsourced vendor arrangements.

• Conduct initial and ongoing materiality assessments in consultation with relevant stakeholders.

• Prepare outsourced oversight reports for internal committees.

• Monitor and report on outsourced supplier performance SLAs.

• Collaborate with Service Delivery / Vendor Managers to ensure that Exit Plans and all other required governance practices are in place.

• Monitor and communicates regulatory changes that impact Worldpay products, services and business activities from an outsourcing perspective.

• Participate in training promoting compliance awareness.

• Support the onboarding of new outsourcing arrangements in accordance with defined policy.

• Build relationships with key contacts and liaison points within Functional/Regional Risk and Compliance communities, Business Continuity teams, Global Entity Management and Compliance leadership, Internal Audit, Legal and Tax teams.

• Conduct due diligence and supports risk assessments for new and existing arrangements.

• Meet with Global Compliance Officers on a regular bass for status updates on outsourcing progress and updates.

• Other related duties as needed

What you will bring:

• Experience in developing and managing outsourcing frameworks for payment institutions with awareness of Third-Party Risk Management/Vendor Management/Procurement processes within Financial Services Operational Risk Management.

• Awareness of operational resilience industry standards and requirements.
• Experience in building effective relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
• 2+ years in the financial services industry with proven experiences in roles for outsourcing oversight.
• Experience with the UK and other global regulators with knowledge on FCA, EBA & PSD2 requirements.
• High personal resilience, a self-starter with energy and drive for results. A high degree of self-motivation is a given.
• Degree level education
• Excellent English communication and written skills
• High energy and creativity, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the desire to work in a fast growth and changing environment.
• Exceptional organization and process management abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset; solution orientated.
