As a Call Handler you will be the first point of contact for patients requiring an appointment. You must have a confident and positive attitude, be confident talking on the phone and have excellent customer service skills.
Our fabulous client requires you to work a shift pattern so you must be flexible and be happy to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays, night shifts are also available.
In return you'll earn £8.77 - £8.89 per hour and will be paid weekly.
For an Out of Hours Call Handler the shifts can vary between 16:30 - 08:00.
* Outbound calls to patients to book appointments
* Cold comfort calling to patients
* Occasional inbound calls
* Other call handling duties
Skills / Experience:
* Good MS Office skills
* Good customer service and communication skills
* The ability to have conversations over the phone
This is a temporary, occasional role which may have the chance to be ongoing on contracted hours for the right candidate.
