What it’s about
The ASP & Marking (Examiner Management) team work together to support our examiner community through our three exam series. The team manages the recruitment and deployment of examiners, including a dedicated helpdesk. The team is also responsible for ensuring that marking is completed in a timely fashion, working with various divisions to achieve this. At present the team is split in to two sections, Pre-Exams (before the examination is sat) and Post-Exams (after the examination is sat).
We are looking for a team leader to join our Pre-Exams team, where you will be responsible for a wide range of activities.
What you’ll be doing
The Task Team Leader we are looking for will be managing a team responsible for the deployment of ASP’s for all marking activities; including the building and deployment of over 1500 marking panels, and all other associated tasks, including providing support to our subject specialists and examiners during key times in the exam cycle. You will use your insight and drive to develop your team members’ professional capabilities creating flexible and quality-focused teams and contributing to the collaborative and progressive team culture. You will manage your time and that of your teams to ensure that daily tasks are completed within schedule always looking for opportunities for improvement aiming to streamline procedures across all our products.
