We are seeking a Hub Operations Manager to join an award-winning leading media agency based in the heart of London.

Our client is a pioneering advertising media agency driving the personalisation of digital campaigns at scale to increase performance across digital paid media.

They are seeking a Hub Operations Manager to oversee and support the full end-to-end process and quality operation of the business, working alongside specialist teams like design, development and client servicing to ensure the seamless delivery of the client's objectives and scope of work.

In this role, you will proactively spearhead internal communication and delivery across international offices, managing key stakeholders' expectations, resolving roadblocks in campaigns and collaborating with a diverse range of colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear, concise and regular updates across departments on relevant client project statuses
  • Implement organisational strategy - ensure all jobs are booked, resourced and prioritised accordingly.
  • Identify and develop workarounds
  • Understand and reiterate company values and standards and avoid potential miscommunication/potential client conflicts.

Requirements:

  • Media Agency Experience
  • 3-4 Years of Office/Corporate Experience
