5 days a week onsite / Permanent

An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team! Bank Partners is looking for a candidate who is committed to ensuring contract delivery and compliance, providing strategic support, and delivering the highest levels of customer service. As our Operations Manager, you will play a key role in identifying areas for growth as we strive to improve our service.

Every day you will…

• Managing a team of 5 contractors
  

• Ensure contractual obligations are fully understood and delivered and that all stakeholders are clear on expectations, direction and escalation
• Provide strategic support to the contracts for delivery around recruitment and service provision.
• Ensure the contracts remain financially stable, full P&L responsibility and budget control
• Forecasting requirements and identifying all possible areas to improve overall bank fill rates in line with the agreed KPIs.
• Using data to support key decisions on hard to fill and challenging roles.

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have...

• 
  
  Previous experience in delivering strong presentations to Senior Stakeholders
• Extensive Senior Management and Leadership experience within the healthcare sector
• Previous Service Delivery experience 
• Experience of managing multiple contracts
• Extensive Client Management experience
