• 20 days annual plus statutory holidays

• Profit related pay bonus (after qualifying period)
• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

The responsibilities of the Operations Manager:

• Manage all warehouse staff
• Ensure health and safety standards and laws are upheld throughout the operational processes
• Oversea BSI audits and implement suggested improvements if required
• Control of UK Carriers
• Produce monthly KPI’s for company directors
• Purchase consumables
• Warehouse and Forklift Truck maintenance
• Ensure the dispatching of orders and receipt of stock is ran efficiently through the management of supervisors in three areas:
• Pick, Pack and Dispatch
• Goods in
• Stock Control

The successful Operations Manager must:

• Have warehouse experience
• Have staff management experience
• Be computer literate (OGL Software/Microsoft Excel)
• Flexible
• Hands on approach
• Happy to work autonomously
• Confident in dealing with employees of all levels
