Salary: £70-90k + bonuses + company vehicle

Requirements of Operations Manager

  • Landscape construction experience on commercial sites.
  • Client liaison and programming of works for multiple sites and multiple teams.
  • Labour resource management.
  • Driver’s licence.
  • Royal Horticultural Society qualifications.

Responsibilities of Operations Manager

  • Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for the delivery of high end prestigious commercial hard and soft landscaping schemes.
  • Oversee and manage a team of Contract Managers.
  • You will have full field staff labour resource and management responsibility.
  • You will manage programme delivery and ensure work is completed to the highest standards including quality control, customer service, compliance and profitability.
