Reporting directly to the Finance & Operations Manager, this position works across the key business departments and plays a crucial role in the Company by ensuring key transactions and data between the departments are captured timely, consistently and accurately. The right individual will relish the idea of becoming a real force within the business enabling smooth processing.
Set out below are the primary responsibilities for this role. The list is not exhaustive and may change in line with the changing needs of the business:
Supporting the Channel Sales Team
Support the existing Sales Order Processing Manager at month end with sales order processing and invoicing
Help organise Posting and Production under the direction of the Sales Order Processing Manager
Supporting the Direct Sales Team
Responsible for all Sales Order Processing for this new Team under guidance from the Sales Order Processing Manager.
Support the Direct Sales Manager with reporting
Supporting the Finance and Operations Manager
Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of data relating to all Panels in the Fusion system by working under the direction of the Finance and Operations Manager
Supporting the Finance Team to meet Reporting Deadlines
Ensuring relevant reports and information from the two Sales teams and the Site Development Team are delivered timely and accurately for weekly and month end deadlines
Ad hoc responsibilities
The above responsibilities will change from time to time as dictated by the needs of the business.
Knowledge and Experience
2 years+ experience working in a similar demanding role in an SME business working primarily across Sales and Finance
Strong Excel and Word skills.
Finance qualification an advantage
This role is fundamental to the continued growth of the company and the efficient running of the Departments.
