Operations Assistant -

We are looking for an Operations Assistant with strong administration skills to assist the Operations Manager with the project management of new and existing contracts in the Health Care and Telecommunications sector. Primarily this role will involve dealing with clients to manage the installation of equipment and agree a time scale for this work to be commenced / completed. Producing monthly reports on sales and productivity of the department along with some outbound calls to chase and arrange billing reconciliation. Ideally you will have a background in Credit Control or similar with good attention to detail and number crunching skills. Confident on the telephone to discuss with client's any feedback on work carried out and to keep an accurate record of work orders issued along with daily calls to update both suppliers and clients. Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm this 40 hour a week role is permanent with a salary up to £19,000 along with a pay review after 6 months depending on a successful probation period and the opportunity to join this growing business based 5 miles from Norwich city centre.
