Operations Assistant, Leeds
Salary up to £26k depending on experience.
One of Yorkshire's leading multi service law firms is looking to expand the Operations team with the addition of an assistant to join their Leeds office. The role is to provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Partner and main duties include:
- Managing and assisting with central service projects
- Dealing with maintenance of office furniture/equipment/fixtures & fittings and organising repairs
- Co-ordinating desk/office moves
- Being the first point of contact for suppliers and contractors
- Co-ordinating events
- Organising and managing external cleaning companies
- Assist in health & safety i.e. fire safety, office tours etc
The successful candidate will have previous operations/facilities experience ideally within a law firm. You will have excellent communication skills as you will be dealing a wide range of people at any one time, be highly organised, efficient, work well under pressure, ability to multi task and be flexible. Flexibility is essential as you may be required to work outside of the standard 8.30am - 5pm office hours.
The role is offered on a full time permanent basis however it is essential you have a clean driving licence and access to a car as travel between the office network (Yorkshire) will be required from time to time.
