Have you got experience of all round Operational Duties along with running of general accounts administration, if so we would like to hear from you.

Our client runs a small business with offices across the globe who are highly profitable and growing, they are now looking to take on an Operational Assistant to support all offices administratively and to allow them to focus fully on new sales and client management.

Duties will include

- Sending out detailed and accurate confirmation of Sales Orders via email

- Making sure Contracts are compliant to each clients requirements

- Inputting of the Sales Orders onto Xero software for Invoicing

- Processing and Sending of Invoices

- Reconciling the accounts on Xero match as they should do on the companies bespoke sales systems

- Added Responsibility to be involved in more areas and up skilled will also be provided after initial training period.

This role requires someone who is happy to work individually and self motivated as often the team are in offices abroad or visiting clients but that is also personable and adaptable because will be supporting lots of remote managers and need to be there on the end of a video call or phone call to help at any time.
