Our client is a national law firm, who are looking for someone who can deliver an excellent and professional client service in their Milton Keynes office.

This Operations Administrator role will involve the following duties:

  • Front of house work
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings, which include serving refreshments
  • Distributing incoming correspondence
  • Dealing with all incoming enquires
  • Liaising and organising couriers when required
  • Retrieving and archiving files and documents
  • Assisting with inductions for new starters
  • Any other reasonable duties as requested

The successful candidate will have great attention to detail, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!

Previous administration, receptionion or professional services experience would be advantageous.

The Operations Administrator working hours are on a flexible shift basis covering Monday - Friday, 08.00 - 18.00 (37 hours in total per week).
