Our well regarded and rapidly expanding client who are based in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire are now in the market for an Operations Administrator to join their team. The role will start immediately and is likely to last for minimum period of five weeks although our clients are hoping to find a permanent candidate for this role in the long term ! Duties will include :
- Answering all incoming calls, taking messages and handling enquiries
- All related administration duties
- Planning works for field based staff which will include the organisation of travel, hotels etc
- Updating external jobs onto the system
Our client is a very progressive and busy business who would like to secure a bright candidate with extensive administration experience. The ideal candidate will have :
- Extensive administration experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Ideally educated to degree level
- BE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY !
