Operational Insight Lead

Blackpool, Hybrid 2 days a week on-site

Up to £60,000

The Company:

Joining a fast-paced environment in this debt/collection company, you will be the lead for projects and engage with stakeholders across internal teams to provide insights and become more data-driven.

The Role:

As an Operational Insight Lead, you will be responsible for:

- Managing stakeholders and gathering requirements

- Providing insightful information from the data to better decision-making

- Work closely with internal teams across Sales, looking at collections, internal performance and compliance

- Working alongside the Data Engineering team on cloud

Skills/Requirements:

- 2-3 years minimum experience in SQL

- Data Visualisation experience

- Management experience is essential

Interview Process:

1st Stage - Teams meeting with the hiring manager

2nd Stage - Face-to-face interview, technical and management discussion
